[Notice of recruiting members for Shiga Prefecture Michigan Friendship Mission]
Shiga Prefecture and Michigan have had friendly exchanges between their residents for some time now.
This is the 23rd time that we will be sending a mission, the first time in six years. We look forward to the participation of many prefectural residents!
Recruitment details:

* Dispatch period: 8 days from Thursday, September 5th to Thursday, September 12th, 2024 * Homestay in Michigan, USA (4 nights, 5 days)
How to apply:
〇Application period: Must arrive between April 15th (Monday) and May 15th (Wednesday), 2020
How to apply: Fill out Form 1 and Form 2 on the attached flyer and submit to the international exchange department of your local city or town.
〇Applicants: Those who live in Shiga Prefecture, are 18 years of age or older (excluding high school students) as of April 1, 2024, and are healthy and able to stay at a homestay or stay overnight.
〇Recruitment capacity: 40 people *If the capacity is exceeded, dispatch will be decided based on the number of past missions participation, etc.
Cost: 430,000 yen (tax included, estimated) *The cost amount may change depending on fuel surcharges, number of applicants, etc.
