Kusatsu City Minami Kusatsu Library is located on the 5th floor of the Ferie Minami Kusatsu Building, across from UDC Minakusa, where the Easy Japanese Salon is held.

Ask the librarian how to use the library, how to get a library card, and how to search for books.

On the day, you will actually go to the library.

People who live in Kusatsu city, Ritto city, Moriyama city, and Yasu city can apply for a loan card.

If you want to make one, please bring an ID card that shows your address.

People who live in Otsu city cannot apply for a loan card, but if you have proof that you are going to school or work in Kusatsu city, you can apply for a card.

Also, on the day, we will be introducing books related to multicultural coexistence and international understanding.

Japanese people are also welcome to participate.
