MISSION
Mission
KIFA stands for Kusatsu International Friendship Association. KIFA was established in 1992 with the aim of promoting international exchange and contributing to the internationalization of Kusatsu City.
In addition to exchange programs with sister and friendship cities, KIFA promotes cross-cultural and international understanding through exchange events that everyone in the community can enjoy participating in, support for Japanese language study for foreigners, and other activities.
